NOS Items are brand new, but have been in stock for a longer period, and have older logos. The only potential downside is that the iron-on logos harden as they age, so may crack and deteriote prematurely. To Measure your Hips With feet together, measure around the fullest part. To Measure your Waist Measure around waist at the height you normally wear your pants.
